Advertising is a crucial aspect of any business, as it helps companies communicate their value propositions to potential customers, build brand awareness, and ultimately drive sales.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ADVERTISE MEDIA, hereinafter referred to as "the Agency," and its clients, hereinafter referred to as "the Client,” concerning advertising services provided by the Advertise media. By engaging the Advertise media services, the Client agrees to these Terms.
The Advertise Media agrees to provide advertising services as outlined in the specific agreement or proposal provided to the Client. Services may include, but are not limited to, campaign strategy, creative development, media buying, digital marketing, social media management, and analytics/reporting.
Fees:The Client agrees to pay the Advertise Media fees specified in the agreement or Invoice.
Invoices:Invoices will be issued by the Advertise Media at agreed intervals, and payment is due within [7] days of receipt.
Late Payments:Any late payments may incur a 10% late fee per month until fully paid.
Additional Costs:The Client agrees to reimburse the Advertise Media for pre-approved out-of-pocket expenses incurred in the provision of services.
The Client agrees to:
Provide all necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner.
Ensure that all content provided to the Advertise Media complies with legal regulations and copyright laws.
Maintain communication with the Advertise Media and respond promptly to inquiries.
Ownership of Deliverables:Upon full payment, the Client will own all deliverables provided by the Agency, except for any third-party materials or licensed content.
Agency Portfolio:The Advertise Media reserves the right to use the work created for the Client as part of its marketing and portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the agreement.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days written notice.
In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered before the termination date.
The Advertise Media liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for services rendered. The Advertise Media shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or other economic loss arising from the services provided.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Tamil nadu/India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tamil nadu/India.
The Advertise Media reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the Client, and continued use of the Advertise Media services shall constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
By engaging the services of the ADVERTISE MEDIA, the Client affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
